- Place the proper cup under the portafilter.
- Brew the desired shot/s of espresso directly into the cup.
- Add cold milk to a stainless steel pitcher. Steam the milk to 145/150°F to create a smooth and thick crema.
- Pour the frothed milk into the cup to 1/4 inch below the cup rim.
- Serve accompanied with a Segafredo Neapolitan chocolate.
